By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms are between you and Recryp Labs Private Limited ("Recryp," "we," "us"), headquartered in India with a global headquarters in the United Arab Emirates.
02Nature of this site
Recryp is a pre-seed, pre-launch company. This website describes our thesis, the architecture we are building, and who we intend to serve — it is not a live product, and no functionality described here (interoperability, settlement, compliance enforcement, FX matching, or any other capability) is currently operational or available for use. Descriptions of "how Recryp serves" each audience describe intended design, not a service you can transact on today.
03Permitted use
You may view and browse this site for your own personal or professional evaluation of Recryp. You may not scrape, systematically extract, or reproduce substantial portions of this site's content without our permission; attempt to interfere with the site's operation, including its contact form or consent mechanisms; or use the site to misrepresent your affiliation with Recryp.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory local consumer-protection or data-protection law that applies to you regardless of this choice.
