Intellectual Property
The Recryp name, mark, architecture, and the content of this site are our work — this page explains what's protected, what you can and can't do with it, and how we treat the third-party names and standards we reference.
01Ownership
Everything on this site — the Recryp name and logo, the site design and pixel-grid iconography, the copy, the architecture and corridor diagrams, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of Recryp Labs Private Limited ("Recryp") or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
02Trademarks
"Recryp," the Recryp logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Recryp Labs Private Limited. You may not use them — or anything confusingly similar — to imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without our prior written permission. [Registration status of Recryp marks by jurisdiction — to be confirmed].
03Proprietary technology
The architecture, protocols, methods, and technology described on this site — including our approach to connectivity, compliance enforcement, settlement, and liquidity across sovereign digital currency rails — are proprietary to Recryp and protected under applicable intellectual property and trade secret law. Descriptions on this site are necessarily high-level; they don't constitute a technical specification, and nothing here grants you a license to implement, copy, or derive a competing system from what's described.
04Permitted use
You may view, share a link to, and quote brief excerpts of this site (with attribution to Recryp) for commentary, journalism, or your own evaluation of Recryp. That's it — anything beyond that needs our permission.
05Prohibited use
- Reproducing, redistributing, or republishing substantial portions of this site's content, design, or iconography as your own.
- Using the Recryp name or mark in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that doesn't exist.
- Using this site's architecture descriptions to build, market, or represent a competing product as derived from or affiliated with Recryp.
- Removing or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice from material you're otherwise permitted to share.
06Third-party marks and references
This site refers to third-party organizations, technologies, and standards — for example, SWIFT, ISO 20022, mBridge, specific central bank digital currencies (such as the e₹ and the Digital Dirham), and Google Analytics — for descriptive and comparative purposes only, to explain the landscape Recryp operates in. These names, and any associated logos or marks, are the property of their respective owners. Reference to them doesn't imply endorsement of Recryp by those organizations, or any affiliation between us and them, unless separately and explicitly stated.
07Reporting a concern

08Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our IP position develops — for example, if trademarks are formally registered or if patent applications are filed. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
